Half & Half

Tired of finding the same ceramic planters everywhere I looked. I decided to freshen things up; with wood.

I set myself a challenge of using one shape to create the entire piece. My design uses a half cylindrical wooden shell, assembled in different orientations. The top two halves cover the pot plant, whilst the same shape flipped, forms the stand and holds the plant and planter above.  

​

Made in American Oak or White Ash, with a choice of curved or straight grain, and colour stains.
